Our mechanical experience covers a wide range of industrial plant, including En-Masse and drag chain conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, roller conveyors, rotary valves, screening systems, blow lines and pipework, motors, gearboxes, couplings, drive systems, hammer mills and industrial crushers. Our engineers are experienced in the installation, maintenance, repair, replacement and modification of this equipment within demanding production environments.
Within the automotive industry, CIM Engineering works alongside KP Industries and FIVES, carrying out installation and shutdown projects at Jaguar Land Rover and Toyota UK. Our team has developed specialist experience with Power & Free conveyor systems, including the successful installation of a new retard conveyor at JLR Halewood. We have since continued to undertake installation and shutdown works within the sector, with our team receiving recognition at Toyota for its safety and productivity performance.
Our coded welders are experienced in MMA/ARC, MIG and TIG welding, including pipe welding, equipment modifications and structural fabrication.
Alongside our site operations, we operate our own fabrication workshop, manufacturing a diverse range of bespoke products in mild and stainless steel.
